Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If technically not possible, we will transfer the refund to the customer’s bank account.
Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. A refund may be requested if any one of the following applies: study progress is less than 5%, no PDF or exclusive materials have been downloaded, or a verified technical issue prevents access.
