Messaging Services
When you contact us through Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide (your message, name, and email address) solely to reply to you and to share information about our courses. A conversation is only initiated when you message us first, and use of these platforms is subject to Meta’s Platform Terms. You may request deletion of this data at any time (see “Data Deletion Request” below).
Advertising & Retargeting
If you provide your contact details, we may share a hashed (irreversibly encrypted) version of your email address with advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok in order to show you ads relevant to our courses (“Custom Audiences”). Because the email is hashed, these platforms cannot read your actual email address. You can opt out at any time from the ad settings of each platform.
Data Deletion Request
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time, including message conversations and any information collected through Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.
Please email us at support@ssw2.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. After verifying your identity, we will process the request within 30 days. For data collected through Facebook, you can also remove our app’s access from Facebook “Settings” → “Business Integrations”.
