1) Introduction

Welcome to SSW2.com (“Site”, “we”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all content, features, products, and services offered by SSW2.com (digital exam simulations, practice questions, and explanatory materials; collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Who we are

SSW2.com is an independent online study platform providing practice materials and mock tests to help prepare for Japan’s Specified Skilled Worker (SSW2) exam. We are not an official exam administrator and are not affiliated with any government entity.

3) Eligibility & Account

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities under your account.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing is prohibited.

4) Nature of the Services

Services include digital simulations, practice questions, and educational explanations based on publicly available guidelines and/or free official materials. They are for preparation purposes only and do not guarantee success.

5) User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant SSW2.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it in connection with the Services. You represent you own the rights and that no third-party rights are infringed.

6) Acceptable Use & Prohibitions

• Do not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security controls.
• Do not use the Services for commercial training, “test dump” distribution, or any activity that undermines exam integrity.

7) Payments, Pricing, Taxes

Payments are processed securely by authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store full card data on our servers. Prices may change at any time but do not affect completed purchases. Applicable taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges are your responsibility.

8) Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy (up to 7 days window) forms part of these Terms. Requests must meet the criteria specified there.

Anti-Fraud: Accounts engaging in abuse (e.g., repeated sign-ups and refund requests to access materials for free) are ineligible for refunds and may be suspended/terminated and denied future access.

9) Availability & Changes

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services.

10) Third-Party Links & Resources

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or embedded content for convenience only. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

11) Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for exam results, visa outcomes, or decisions you make based on our materials.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability per claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Services in the three (3) months preceding the event.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SSW2.com from claims, losses, and costs arising from (a) your use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of third-party rights.

14) Privacy & Data Protection

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15) Communications & Electronic Delivery

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails (receipts, password resets, notices). You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.

16) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, suspicious/fraudulent activity, or to protect the integrity of the Services.

17) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Chiba Prefecture have exclusive jurisdiction.

18) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, internet outages, third-party service failures).

19) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting here with the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
