Refund & Cancellation Policy(返金・キャンセルポリシー)

Overview(概要)

Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 48 hours from the time of purchase. If more than 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund. This ensures fairness for all users and the sustainability of our learning platform.

Because our services are digital learning materials and online exam simulations, they differ from physical goods. Once a user has accessed the purchased content, it is deemed used and non-refundable under this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds(返金の条件)

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
  • Your account must not have accessed or completed the purchased digital content.
  • Send your refund request to support@ssw2.com including your order ID, registered email, and payment confirmation.

Requests submitted after 48 hours from purchase will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Cases(返金不可のケース)

  • Access to online exam simulations or downloadable content that has already been viewed, used, or accessed.
  • Purchases made through discounts, coupons, or promotions unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift codes or prepaid vouchers cannot be refunded.

Refund Procedure(返金手続き)

  1. We review each refund request to verify eligibility.
  2. You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection.
  3. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card via Stripe/Komoju). If that is not technically possible, we may process a manual bank transfer.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

When requesting a refund, please email the following details to support@ssw2.com:

  • Order ID, full name, registered email
  • If a bank transfer is required: bank name, branch, account holder name, and account number

Late or Missing Refunds(返金が確認できない場合)

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; posting times may vary.
  • Contact your bank; processing times differ by institution.

Cancellations(キャンセル)

When a refund is approved, the associated user account and course access will be immediately canceled. Once canceled, the user loses access to all purchased courses, quizzes, and digital materials.

Fraud Prevention(不正行為の防止)

Accounts engaging in fraudulent activity (e.g., repeatedly registering and requesting refunds to gain free access) will be permanently suspended and not eligible for any refund.

Exchanges(交換)

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. However, if you experience a technical error or incorrect product access, contact us at support@ssw2.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Gift Codes(ギフトコード)

Gift codes and prepaid vouchers are non-refundable. For issues with redemption, please contact support.

1. Nature of Digital Delivery

All products sold on this platform are **digital assets**. Due to the nature of digital content, delivery is deemed to occur immediately upon successful payment processing.

Definition of Delivery: "Product Delivery" is strictly defined as the moment the customer gains access to the member dashboard, account, or any digital materials. Accessing these areas constitutes immediate consumption of the digital product.

2. Strict Refund Eligibility

To ensure fairness and protect our digital content, refund requests are permitted ONLY if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within a maximum of 48 hours (2x24 hours) from the time of payment.
  • No login activity has been recorded on the account since the time of purchase.
  • No lessons, videos, quizzes, or exam materials have been accessed or viewed.
  • No digital files or resources have been downloaded.
  • The request is the first and only refund request for that specific transaction.

3. No-Refund Policy (Non-Eligible Cases)

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • The user has logged into the account or dashboard.
  • Any content (lessons, videos, quizzes, or exams) has been accessed.
  • Any digital product file has been downloaded to a local device.
  • The reason is a "change of mind" or personal preference.
  • The customer failed an exam or did not achieve a desired result/score.

4. Financial Terms and Company Rights

  • Processing Fees: Third-party payment gateway fees (e.g., Stripe, Komoju) are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, these fees may be deducted from the total amount.
  • Abuse Prevention: The Company reserves the right to deny requests in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations. Our system logs all activity as evidence for dispute resolution.
  • Finality: The Company’s decision regarding refund eligibility is final and binding.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submissions must be received within **48 hours** of purchase and include:

  • Full Name (used at purchase)
  • Registered Email Address
  • Proof of Payment (Transaction ID or Receipt)
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the request

Incomplete or late requests will not be processed. Requests showing account activity in our system logs will be denied automatically.
